Poem — Late Balance Due

Hi,

I have been receiving spam

for the past several weeks

regarding a balance due

To Byron & Katz Gastroenterology,

I do not believe to owe.

I may be mistaken,

Though I do believe

I’ve addressed this issue prior

And yet continue to receive

Late Balance(s) Due.

The payment in question,

For an appointment I never had,

Had no testing done on location

Nor any meeting

For any consultation.

I spoke with them over the phone

one time

To set an appointment

Which had later been canceled

due to moving out of state and country.

Please help me

resolve this conflict.
